Lance Matthews is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President for North America at Nokia's Cloud and Network Services division since January 2023, Lance has held significant leadership positions in previous roles, including America's Sales Leader and VP at Dell Technologies, SVP for NA Major Accounts at Metaswitch Networks, and EVP at Ericsson. Additionally, Lance's tenure at Nortel included progressive roles such as Sales Leader for Tier 2 and Western Tier 3 carriers and Director of Sales for the Verizon Account Team. Early career experience includes multiple technical and sales roles at NTS Communications. Lance Matthews has pursued executive education at The Wharton School and the London Business School.
