Luca Miotto possesses extensive experience in project management and expertise in open data and free software, currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager at NOI Techpark since January 2019. Prior to this role, Luca Miotto worked as a Project Manager at IDM Südtirol-Alto Adige from January 2016 to December 2018, and as an Engineer/Project Manager at TIS innovation park from 2008 to the end of 2015. Luca Miotto holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Università di Trento, obtained between 2001 and 2008, and a High School diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications from Istituto Tecnico Tecnologico "Guglielmo Marconi" - Rovereto, completed from 1996 to 2001.
