Lisa Washington has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2009, they were the Communications Manager for the Cultural Diversity Board, where they created posters, news releases, and other promotional items for the clubs, created and managed social media, and wrote press releases for the clubs. In 2010, they were a Marketing Intern at Homewardbound, where they created advertisements, a brochure, an annual newsletter, a Powerpoint presentation, and designed a brochure. Lisa was also a Layout Designer and Social Media Rep at Criterion Newspaper, where they designed newspaper page layout, designed advertisements, and managed Criterion's Facebook and Twitter accounts and content. In 2011, they were a Community Outreach Coordinator at Roman Family Chiropractic, where they organized events and created connections in the community with businesses and future patients, handled advertising strategies and outbound donations, and designed print media both internal and external. In 2013, they were a Marketing Administrative Assistant at Simon Property Group, where they managed Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, and the website, kept current on all specials and deals in Mesa Mall, and created relationships with mall tenants and guests. In 2014, they were the Marketing & PR Director at Insurance Advisors Agency & LPL Financial, where they managed, educated, and promoted referral programs within three Credit Unions, successfully increased internal referrals by 40%, and revamped the company website to be more user-friendly and effective in promoting services. From 2015 to 2020, they were a Regional Account Executive at TSYS, where they helped business owners of all sizes increase their bottom line by accepting credit cards. In 2021, they are a Customer Success Manager at NoFraud, where they manage relationships with customers to have a one step POC that understands their business and goals as a trusted partner on use-case and product functionality. Lisa also understands the history of their customers' needs and wants and drives retention and growth by gauging their levels of engagement with the product and provides feedback to other teams regarding product improvements. Lisa collaborates closely with team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities while constantly brainstorming ways to identify opportunities for increasing profits and the usability of the software and agent marketplace.
Lisa Washington graduated from Colorado Mesa University in 2011 with a B.A in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and Advertising. Prior to that, they attended Haxtun High School. In addition, Lisa Washington obtained their Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 certification from SuccessHACKER in December 2022 and their Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in September 2022.
