Shaun Leivers is a seasoned researcher with a strong background in chemistry and analytical science. Currently serving as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Nofima since September 2022, Shaun leads initiatives on the AnimalFat+ project, focusing on the development of healthier meat products. Prior experience includes postdoctoral roles at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and The University of Manchester, along with a position as a Spectroscopy & Chromatography Analyst at Unilever.
