Esther Middleditch, MSc, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Esther'smost recent position is as the Director of Clinical Operations at Noema Pharma, where they are responsible for the operational strategy and delivery of clinical trials for Tuberous Sclerosis Complex. Esther has also worked as a Mental Coach and Therapist at TPH, guiding individuals on their personal transformational journey. Prior to that, Esther held various roles at Roche, including Portfolio Leader for Health Equity and Population Science in Oncology and Women's Health, Program & Team Leader for Personalized Healthcare in Oncology, and Functional Excellence Leader in Clinical Operations. Esther has also worked at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as a Core Clinical Sites Study Manager and Phase 3b/4 Study Manager, and at ARCAGY-GINECO as an International Project Manager in Women Cancers. Esther's early career includes roles at AERO and ICTA, where they gained experience in coordinating clinical trials and conducting clinical research. Throughout their career, Esther has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management, with a focus on improving public health equity and patient access to healthcare services.

Esther Middleditch holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Development, Production, Management, and Strategy in Bio-Industries from IAE Orléans. Esther also has a Master of Science (MSc) in Biology of Populations and Ecosystems from Pierre and Marie Curie University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in various areas such as Certified Hypnotherapist (CH), Agile methodology bootcamp, Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Project Management, and Six Sigma yellow belt.
