Melanie Hoffman currently serves as the Director of Business Development for Senior Living at Noelker and Hull Associates, Inc., a position held since August 2020. Prior to this role, Melanie worked for SpiriTrust Lutheran Home Care & Hospice from January 2003 to December 2019 as the Director of Community Relations. Melanie's earlier experience includes serving as a Marketing Product Manager at Bose Corporation from 1995 to 2002 and as the Regional Manager for Boston at NAS Recruitment Communications between 1986 and 1994. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Penn State University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
