Jonathan Lloyd Jones has over 30 years of experience in the financial and business consulting industry. Jonathan began their career in 1986 as Manager of Operations & Finance at Royal Bank of Scotland (Nassau) Ltd. In 1996, they moved to Genzyme Corporation as Senior Director of Corporate Development, where they were responsible for transactional activities, deal negotiation, and diligence management. In 2006, they became Vice President of Finance at TransMolecular, Inc., where they represented the company and partnered with the CEO in licensing and fund-raising meetings. In 2011, they moved to Tetralogic Pharmaceuticals as CFO and Vice President of Corporate Development, where they oversaw all internal and external financial reporting and projections and managed all legal contract discussions. In 2013, they took on the role of CFO at Juniper Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (formerly Columbia Laboratories, Inc.), where they directed statutory and management reporting for the NASDAQ-listed company and was actively involved in defining and executing the strategic vision of the company. In 2014, they took on the role of Global Biotech Executive in the Greater Boston Area, where they were responsible for building companies, developing strategy and value proposition, and delivering on business development and fund-raising. In 2017, they became an Independent Consultant/Fractional CFO. In 2018, they took on roles at both NodThera Limited as Financial & Business Consultant and Danforth Advisors as Financial Consultant.

Jonathan Lloyd Jones obtained their ACA from the ICAEW in Accounting. Jonathan then went on to receive their MBA from The Wharton School in Finance and Strategy from 1994 to 1996. Finally, they completed their BSc in Business Studies from the University of Bradford from 1978 to 1981.
