Vladyslav Pokul serves as the Head of the Recruitment Department at NodeArt since April 2021, where responsibilities include developing effective recruitment processes, overseeing hiring across various sectors, managing a recruitment team, and facilitating communication with other departments. Previously, Vladyslav held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on full-cycle IT recruitment for middle and senior specialists and engaging passive candidates. Prior experience includes working as an English Language Teacher at JD.COM from October 2017 to February 2019, where Vladyslav developed class programs and taught children aged 4 to 12. Vladyslav holds a Bachelor's degree from the National University of Food Technologies, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
