Maria is responsible for the entire personnel management at node.energy and is therefore the central contact person for applicants and the employees.

Maria completed her master's degree in business psychology (MSc) and managed the digital division of a media company for several years, including as a member of the management board. She then moved to a Freiburg start-up in the energy sector as Head of HR and has been part of the management team since December 2021. The selection of suitable new colleagues who fit well into the existing teams and the further development of the personal skills of each individual are particularly important to her.
