Mame Diara Ndiaye currently serves as the Associate Director of Inclusive Enrollment at Cornell University and the Social Justice, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator for NODA in Region IX. Ndiaye also works as a United Nations Consultant for the Economic and Social Council, collaborating with international NGOs to advocate for human rights and underrepresented populations. Founded PAYD, an organization focused on career services and academic development for youth, while having held various roles in higher education, including Assistant Director for New Student and Transition Programs and Residence Director. Mame Diara Ndiaye's academic background includes a Master of Professional Studies in Global Development from Cornell University and is actively pursuing a Master of Public Administration at the Cornell Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy.
