Ion Balan is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications and software development, specializing in C++, Rust, and Java. Since October 2013, Ion has been a Senior Software Engineer at Noction, focusing on C++ and Rust development. Prior to this role, Ion contributed to Computaris as a Senior Software Engineer, developing C/C++ and Java-based billing solutions from November 2009 to October 2013.
