Laura Randall is currently the Head of UK Business Development at NOCN Group, specializing in vocational skills development and apprenticeships. Prior to this role, Laura held positions as a Business Development Manager at Inspiring Learning and Benefit. With a background as a Probation Officer at the National Probation Service, Laura holds a MSc in Mental Health from the Institute of Mental Health, a NVQ 4 in Business Management Diploma from Open University, and a BA in Criminal Justice from Sheffield Hallam University.
