Tushar Agarwal has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Tushar worked as a Coordinator for the Tinkering Laboratory and Secretary for the Electronics Club at the Science and Technology Council in IIT Kanpur. In 2015, they also served as the Powertrain Lead for Baja SAE and from 2016 to 2017, they were the Vice Captain for Formula SAE at Team IITK Motorsports. After that, Tushar joined Unilever and participated in the Unilever Leadership Internship Program. Tushar then worked as an Assistant Manager at ITC Limited from July 2019 to February 2020. Tushar's most recent experience includes working at Noccarc, where they started as a Product Manager in March 2020 and later became a Senior Product Manager in September 2020. Currently, Tushar is the Head of New Products and Innovation at Noccarc.

Tushar Agarwal completed their education in a chronological order. Tushar began their studies at the Sacred Heart Convent Hr. Sec. School from 2002 to 2012, where they completed their High School education. Tushar then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 2014 to 2018. Tushar further pursued higher education and obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 2018 to 2019.
