Jessie Ching Chun Lee is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in food and beverage management. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Nobu Hospitality since February 2023, Jessie previously held the role of Assistant Bars Manager at Langham Hospitality Group from December 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, Jessie worked as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Langham Gold Coast from May 2022 to March 2023 and at Palazzo Versace Gold Coast Australia from September 2019 to September 2021.
