Vivien Greiser is an experienced insurance manager currently working at USAA since January 2022. Prior to this role, Vivien held various positions at Snapsheet Inc, including customer service manager, estimating manager, and technical team lead, where responsibilities included managing teams, ensuring production and audit metrics were met, and fostering employee development. Previous experience at GEICO as an auto damage adjuster and at Enterprise Car Rental as a management trainee contributed to a strong foundation in customer service and team management. Vivien holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from SUNY Brockport and has received awards such as the Bronze Level Retention Award and recognition in the Chairman's Club as a top regional adjuster.
