Heather Baker is a highly experienced professional in the field of public health and biosurveillance, currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Noblis ESI since May 2021. Previously, Baker held the position of Senior Manager at Accenture Federal Services from April 2014 to May 2021 and worked as a Program Manager at Data Networks Corporation from 2012 to 2014, contributing to the Department of Homeland Security's biosurveillance initiatives. Baker co-founded Praecipio International and served as the Director of Operations, as well as held roles as Chief Operating Officer at Ascel Bio and Operations Chief at Veratect Company.
