Patrick Ewbank has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Divemaster at Blue Marlin Dive from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they served as the President of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, leading and organizing philanthropic and fundraising activities. Patrick then worked as a Residential Counselor at Duke University TIP Program for a few months in 2011.

From 2012 to 2017, Patrick joined Noble Corporation and went through various roles and responsibilities as part of their Operations Management Development Program. These included global rotations in different shore-based office support roles and front-line offshore experience. Some key accomplishments include leading startup activities for a project in Perth, developing an accurate method to track rig expenditures, and assisting the leadership team during a divestiture of assets.

From 2017 to 2020, Patrick worked as an Operations Engineer before becoming an Operations Engineer-In-House at ExxonMobil from 2019 to 2020. Patrick then moved on to become a Rig Manager at Noble Corporation from 2020 to 2022, where they had direct P&L responsibility for an ultra-deepwater drillship and oversaw the safety, operations, well planning, and performance of a large team.

In 2022, Patrick took on the role of Strategy Operations Manager-Operations Integration (M&A) Lead at Noble Corporation before becoming the Head of Learning and Development in 2023.

Throughout their work experience, Patrick has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and operational skills.

Patrick Ewbank obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Birmingham-Southern College from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Jakarta International School from 2001 to 2008. Additionally, they attended the American School of Dubai from 1998 to 2002. Patrick Ewbank also holds several additional certifications, including IADC Supervisory Well Control, Practical Solids Control, Divemaster from PADI, and the rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America.
