Jon Outcalt Jr. has extensive leadership experience, currently serving as President of FPC International, Inc. since January 2020. Additionally, Jon has held multiple chairman positions at various companies, including Noble Company, FedChem, JB Products, Inc., and FedPro, all of which have been ongoing since 2016, 2001, 1997, and 1997 respectively. From 1991 to 1997, Jon was a Manager at Philip Morris USA. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University. Academic foundations were laid at University School, graduating in 1987.
