Marnix de Vries is an experienced professional currently serving as Energy Contract Manager at Nobian since August 2023. Prior to this role, Marnix held positions at HyCC from March 2021 to July 2023, where achievements included leading hydrogen infrastructure projects and financial modeling for large-scale hydrogen initiatives. Marnix also contributed as project leader to the world’s first hydrogen-powered inland shipping vessel. At Nouryon, from January 2017 to March 2021, Marnix was a Business Developer focused on hydrogen and coordinated turnaround activities in Rotterdam. Marnix's earlier roles include Plant Process Engineer at AkzoNobel and an internship at DSM. Education includes a MSc. and BSc. in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
