Stephanie Austin serves as the OSP Project Manager at NoaNet, a position held since August 2011. In this role, Stephanie collaborates with contractors to ensure the timely completion of construction projects related to fiber optic lines, a part of NoaNet's multi-million dollar BTOP contract aimed at enhancing connectivity across Washington State. Prior to this, from May 1999 to September 2007, Stephanie worked as a Network Planning Engineer at XO Communications, where responsibilities included establishing the Interconnection Network for local DMS systems and analyzing network capacity to support traffic across local tandems and interconnection groups.
