Thomas Ølund Høgild has a diverse work experience in various roles related to product design, user experience, and leadership. Thomas is currently working as a UX Director at NoA Ignite Denmark since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Grant Compass as the Head of Product from 2022 to 2023, and also served as the Head of Design and Product Design Lead at the same company. Thomas has also worked at Nordea as the Head of Digital Experiences Large Corporates and UX & Design Lead from 2019 to 2020. Thomas has experience as a Senior Experience Designer at Nordea Markets, a Designer at Politiken, and a Lead Experience Designer at Hello Great Works. Thomas has also held positions as UX Lead and UX Architect at Hello Group and as a User Experience Designer at 1508 A/S. In addition, they have worked as a Webmaster at IT University of Copenhagen and as an intern at Socialsquare.

Thomas Ølund Høgild earned a Matematisk student degree from Espergærde Gymnasium in 2002. Thomas then pursued a Bachelor of Architectural Technology and Construction Management from Københavns Erhversakademi, completing it in 2009. Later, from 2009 to 2012, they attended IT-Universitetet i København and obtained an MSc in Digital Design & Communication. Additionally, they hold a certification in UX Intensive from Adaptive Path.
