Helene Brinkgaard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Helene is currently working at NoA Ignite Denmark as the Chief People Officer, where they started in September 2023, after previously serving as the Head of People & Culture from December 2022 to September 2023. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Nykredit as a Senior udviklingskonsulent, focusing on building employee experience design and incorporating design thinking into HR concepts. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Hello Group from 2011 to 2018, including People & Process Lead, Lead Digital Producer, and Digital Project Manager. Helene also worked as an External Lecturer in Communication Studies at Copenhagen Business School from 2011 to 2012 and as a Coordinator/Facilitator at Ørsted Udvikling & Ledelse from January 2011 to June 2011. Their earlier experiences include working as a Strategic Planner Assistant at AdPeople, COP15 Press Attaché at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, Project Assistant at Operate A/S, PR and Marketing Intern at L'Oréal, and Communication Assistant at Copenhagen Business School.

Helene Brinkgaard started their education in 2004 at Copenhagen Business School, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organisational Communication and Business Administration in 2007. In 2008, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a graduate student, studying Management and Communication until 2009. During the same period, they also pursued a Cand.merc.(Kom.) degree in Organisational Communication at Copenhagen Business School. In 2010, Helene enrolled in a Coaching Management program at Ørsted udvikling og ledelse, focusing on Systemic Coaching and Appreciative Inquiry. Overall, their education is primarily focused on communication, management, and organizational development.
