Richelle Menzies is a seasoned professional specializing in diversity, inclusion, and sexual health education. Currently serving as a Diversity and Inclusion Advisor and Rainbow Tick Project worker at No to Violence since December 2021, Richelle also owns and founded Sensual Potential, providing support and education on sexual identity and relationship issues. Additionally, Richelle holds the position of Volunteer State Coordinator for the LGBTQ Domestic Violence Awareness Foundation and works as a sexologist at Sex Life Therapy, offering sexuality education and psychosexual counseling. Richelle's prior experience includes roles such as Coordinator of Diversity Gender and Sexuality at cohealth, Former President of the Society of Australian Sexologists' Tasmanian branch, and Rainbow Pride @ Work Coordinator at the Queensland AIDs Council, where professional development training was designed to promote LGBTI inclusivity. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from the University of Tasmania, a Master's Degree in Clinical Sexology from Curtin University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science/Social Welfare from Charles Sturt University.
