Hala Younes has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. In 2019, they completed a rotational business internship at Wood, Abu Dhabi, where they gained exposure to different departments such as HR, finance, and business development. They also worked as a student ambassador at the University of Bristol, where they built relationships with alumni and solicited charitable donations. Additionally, Hala worked as a consultant at E-MISSION AUDIO LTD and as a bar associate at JD Wetherspoon. Currently, they are employed as a partnerships associate at No Logo Agency.

Hala Younes completed their education in a chronological order. Hala started their education in 2013 and graduated in 2018 from Al Bateen Academy with an International Baccalaureate diploma and IGCSE certificate in the field of High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. In 2018, they enrolled at the University of Bristol, where they pursued a BSc degree in Management with a focus on Business. Hala completed their undergraduate degree in 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Hala pursued a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at The University of Edinburgh.

Additionally, Hala obtained several certifications throughout their education. In June 2016, they completed their International GCSEs from Pearson. In June 2018, they obtained their IB certification from the International Baccalaureate organization. In March 2016, they achieved Piano Grades 1-5 certification from ABRSM. Furthermore, Hala acquired additional certifications during their time at The University of Edinburgh, including the Climate Change Fundamentals: Transitioning to a Sustainable World Program and the Marketing Funnel Masterclass, both obtained in 2021. Hala also completed a Leadership Skills Workshop from CARE TO SELECT LTD in May 2022.
