Mac Sullivan, an accomplished professional with an MBA, currently serves as the Head of Technology and Digital Promotion at NNR Global Logistics since June 2019, where efforts focus on digital transformation and customer service enhancement. Mac has authored "The Digital Transformation of Logistics," collaborating with over 30 contributors, and has held teaching positions as an adjunct professor at prestigious institutions, including Tongji University and Texas Christian University. With a robust background in business development and communication training across various organizations, Mac has a Ph.D. in Political Theory from East China Normal University, along with a diverse educational background in business and humanities from multiple universities.
