James Widders has accumulated a wealth of experience in various leadership roles throughout their career. Starting in 1978 at GE Superabrasives, they worked in engineering, operations, and quality until 1994. James then moved on to become the Chief Operating Officer at Whirlaway Corporation from 1994 to 2007. Following that, they served as the Vice President - General Manager at Technifab Inc from 2007 to 2011. James then took on the role of Vice President and General Manager at Precision Metal Components Division - NN Inc from 2011 to 2014. Finally, they became the Senior Vice President Corporate Integration and Transformation at NN, Inc., consolidating their expertise in corporate integration and transformation.

James Widders earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University between 1976 and 1979.
