Pieter Spruit is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at NN Group since 2011. Prior to this role, Pieter held positions as an Advocaat in both the Mergers & Acquisitions and Tax departments at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek from 2002 to 2011. Pieter's academic credentials include an LLM in Dutch law with a focus on Tax law from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by studies at Columbia Law School and a solid foundational education from Praedinius Gymnasium and Het Hogeland College.
