Kathrina Slater is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at the Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation since December 2023. Prior to this role, Kathrina worked at CIRCA as an HR Operations Specialist from August 2022 to September 2023 and held multiple positions at the American Thoracic Society, including Human Resources Manager, Assistant Manager of Human Resources, and Human Resources Temp, from December 2018 to July 2022. Kathrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Hispanic Studies from Trinity College-Hartford, earned between 2014 and 2018, and graduated from Jesuit High School in Portland in 2014.
