Karan Sabharwal is a seasoned actuarial professional with extensive experience in consulting and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Partner at NMG Consulting since May 2015, Karan has successfully led numerous projects for multinational clients, focusing on experience studies, funding valuations, and new pension plan designs. Prior to this role, Karan worked as an Actuarial Consultant at Towers Watson, where leadership and communication skills were further developed while managing client teams and delivering presentations. The actuarial journey began with internships at reputable firms, including Manulife Financial and Munich Re Canada, providing foundational experience in risk management, product pricing, and pension valuations. Karan holds a Bachelor's Degree with Distinction in Honours Actuarial Science and Finance from the University of Waterloo and completed an Executive Education program at INSEAD on Emerging Leaders in a Digital Age.
