Donna Ellington Garven has been with NMG Benefits since November 2018, where Donna currently holds the position of Best Practice and Communication Manager. Prior to that, Donna worked at Alexander Forbes as a Senior Product Development Specialist for a brief period in 2018. Donna's longest tenure was at Alexander Forbes from February 2004 to 2017, where Donna served as a Principal Consultant. Donna Ellington Garven obtained their B. Juris and B. Juris LLB degrees from Nelson Mandela University between 1993-1997.
