Katie Conway-Flood is an experienced music journalist currently contributing to Gigwise and DISCOVERED MAGAZINE LTD since January 2021 and January 2019, respectively. Additional freelance work includes a position as a Music News Writer for NME since September 2022 and ongoing contributions to Bringthenoiseuk.com since September 2016. Katie has also written for New Noise Magazine and held roles with various other publications, including Distorted Sound Magazine, Rock Sins, and Punktastic. Prior to their journalism career, Katie worked in music public relations at FIFTH ELEMENT PR LIMITED from September 2019 to March 2020. Katie holds a BA (Hons) in Music Business from both the Academy of Contemporary Music and Falmouth University, where studies took place from 2016 to 2019.
