Stefano Sartoretti currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at NMC Healthcare, overseeing the Finance function of a private enterprise encompassing 85 healthcare facilities and approximately 13,000 professionals. Prior to this role, Stefano held multiple senior leadership positions at PepsiCo from 1993 to 2019, including SVP & CFO for PepsiCo Foods North America, where management responsibilities extended over $20 billion in revenue, and SVP & CFO for Frito-Lay North America, managing $17 billion in revenue. Additional roles included leadership across various regions including Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, with a focus on food and beverages. Early career experience included a Planning Associate & Loan Officer role at First Los Angeles Bank from 1988 to 1991. Stefano holds an MBA in Banking and International Finance from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Commerce, and Accounting from Luiss Guido Carli University.
