Daniela Barroso is a Senior Employee Experience Specialist at Nmbrs, where responsibilities include managing the full employee life cycle across offices in Portugal and The Netherlands, along with HR policy development and engagement initiatives since April 2020. Prior to this role, Daniela held positions at Vortal Connecting Business as a Senior People Management Specialist and People Management Specialist, overseeing HR processes across multiple European offices from February 2014 to April 2020. Daniela's career began at Henkel in customer service, managing the entire order cycle from June 2012 to November 2013. Daniela holds a Master's degree in Management from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and Bachelor's degrees in International Study Program from Pforzheim University and Human Resources Management from ISCTE.
