Jacob Charles Mrema has extensive experience in research and market intelligence, currently serving at NMB Bank Plc since April 2016 in roles such as Senior UX Researcher at the Innovation Lab and Senior Research Analyst. Prior to this, Jacob held various positions at Development Pioneer Consultants from January 2012 to March 2016, including Research Manager and Research Coordinator. Jacob also gained experience as a Research Assistant at Research on Poverty Alleviation (REPOA) and as a Research Trainee at the Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF). Jacob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics from the University of Dar es Salaam.
