Humphrey Tagalile has accumulated extensive experience in the banking and human resources sectors. Currently serving as Team Leader Operation at NMB Bank Plc since July 2015, Humphrey has held multiple roles including Relationship Officer and Bank Officer, demonstrating leadership and operational expertise. Prior to this, Humphrey worked at One Acre Fund from July 2014 to August 2015 as Human Resources Junior Manager and Human Resource Associate, where responsibilities included developing HR planning strategies, maintaining HR documentation, and assisting with recruitment and staff onboarding processes. Earlier experience includes an internship at LAPF Pensions Fund in 2014. Humphrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Project Planning Management and Community Development from the University of Dodoma, completed in 2013, and an Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education from Sumbawanga Secondary School.
