Kulwa Mang'ana currently serves as the National Treasurer and Board Member of the Tanzania Scouts Association since 2023 and is a Research Staff Member at the Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology since June 2020. Prior roles include A/Lecturer at the Open University of Tanzania from November 2018 to June 2020, Chief Accountant at Burka Coffee Estates Ltd. from October 2017 to July 2018, and Chief Accountant at the Kilimanjaro Clinical Research Institute from August 2014 to October 2017. Earlier experience includes a position as a Bank Officer at CRDB BANK PLC from October 2013 to April 2014. Kulwa holds a Master of Business Management in Finance and Business Management from Moshi Cooperative University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cooperative Management and Business Studies from Chuo Kikuu Cha Sokoine Cha Kilimo, along with numerous professional certifications and ongoing PhD studies in Agribusiness.
