Rachel Steinback serves as the Legal Director and Director of Litigation & Policy at Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County since September 2020. Prior to this role, Rachel founded the Law Office of Rachel Steinback in February 2017, focusing on criminal defense, juvenile delinquency, civil rights, and wrongful convictions. Earlier experience includes positions as an attorney at Loevy & Loevy and as a law clerk at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
