Kayode Omotayo Ikuesan PMP, MBA-HR Management, B.Sc-HR Management, has extensive experience in customer service and human resources. Currently serving as the Team Lead for Customer Experience Operations at NLPC Pension Fund Administrators Limited since July 2011, Kayode oversees customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Prior to this role, Kayode held positions as Senior Officer in both Customer Service and Marketing and Credit Control at NLPC. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Human Resources Officer at Proserv Nigeria Limited, where responsibilities encompassed staff recruitment and performance evaluations.
