Ben Webster began their career in 2002 as a Sales Manager at Wireless Zone, where they were responsible for Verizon Wireless sales, service and client retention. Ben also helped open, establish and grow seven Wireless Zone franchised stores across three states, managing a rotating staff of 3-7 salespeople. In 2013, they joined NLP Logix as a Modeling and Analytics Team Lead, where they were the technical lead over multiple data science projects in many different industries. Ben managed a team of engineers and analysts in the practice of data science, and served as the data science resource for the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of multiple data science solutions in production for many clients. Additionally, Ben was a Data Scientist, where they prototyped, developed, implemented, tested, and improved custom statistical, machine learning, and mathematical models, with a focus on classification, clustering, forecasting, and natural language processing. Ben also created interactive dashboards and visuals to facilitate client support, business development and sales.

Ben Webster completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics from the University of North Florida in 2013, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Statistics from the University of North Florida in 2013. Ben then went on to complete a Master's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of North Florida in 2016.
