Jasper Kroese is a Manager in Innovation & Strategy at nlmtd, contributing to the development of future-proof organizations since April 2019. As an Independent Entrepreneur and Startup Coach since August 2018, Jasper has successfully developed business ideas and coached multiple startups in various critical areas, including growth strategies and product development. Previous experiences include serving as a Multicompany Management Trainee at ORMIT Nederland, where Jasper worked as an Innovation Consultant at KLM, a Change Consultant at DSM, and a Business Consultant at War Child Holland. Education includes a recent program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and degrees from Utrecht University, Waseda University, and the University of Amsterdam, with a strong foundation in Education Design & Consultancy.
