Herman-Jan Carmiggelt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, service design, and business innovation. Currently serving on the Advisory Board at nlmtd since July 2022, Herman-Jan focuses on helping organizations become future-proof through entrepreneurial consultancy. In addition, Herman-Jan has been engaged in various roles related to service, spatial, and transition design at CC | DGTL since September 2021. A composer and producer since July 2000, Herman-Jan has contributed to immersive experiences through artistic expression. Prior to current roles, impactful positions included Partner for Digital Innovation and Transformation at PA Consulting from 2015 to 2021, Director of Growth & Innovation at Mirabeau from 2013 to 2015, and Vice President of Digital Transformation at Capgemini Consulting from 2005 to 2013. Early career highlights include serving as Managing Director at Jungle Minds and as a Global Account Executive at Oracle. Education includes a Masterclass in The Future of Strategy from the University of Amsterdam in 2023 and business studies at Harvard Business School in 2021.
