Jeff Nettleton is a Sr. Advanced Technology Engineer at nLIGHT since February 2023. Previously, Jeff served as a Photolithography Engineer at Raytheon Technologies from August 2021 to February 2023, managing photolithography processes in Lompoc L1 fab, specializing in SiPiN and 3D integration. Prior experience includes over a decade at Lockheed Martin, where roles included Semiconductor Process Engineer and Product Engineer, providing critical support for InSb detector wafer production and addressing manufacturing defects. Jeff’s career also encompasses positions at TSMC - Wafertech and Intel Corporation, focusing on failure analysis and manufacturing of advanced chipsets. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Portland State University, a Diploma in Applied Orthodox Theology from Antiochian House of Studies, and a Master of Arts in Applied Orthodox Theology from the University of Balamand.
