Pedro Lacerda serves as the Scientific Program Coordinator at NL Space Campus in Noordwijk, Netherlands, since March 2024. Concurrently, Pedro holds the position of Technology Broker and scientific advisor at ESA Space Solutions Portugal since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Pedro founded Miolo.nl, where education in Mathematics, Physics, and Astrophysics was provided, alongside research in Planetary Science. Previous academic positions include University Lecturer at Queen's University Belfast, Max Planck Research Group Leader at the Max-Planck Institute for Solar System Research, and various fellowships at Queen's University Belfast and the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Pedro's academic journey culminated in a PhD in Astronomy and Astrophysics from Leiden University.
