Nicole Martin is an accomplished Senior Social Media Specialist at NJM Insurance Group since May 2016, having progressed from Social Media Associate and Specialist roles within the company. With extensive experience in developing engaging content across multiple social media platforms, Nicole has successfully managed NJM's social strategy, collaborated with marketing teams, and facilitated company-wide initiatives. Prior to NJM, Nicole held management and customer service positions at Häagen-Dazs, and gained hands-on experience in social media marketing as an intern at TerraCycle. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management from The College of New Jersey.
