Kathy Erdie is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in marketing and human resources. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Corporate Project Coordinator at the New Jersey Hospital Association since February 2022, Kathy provides direct assistance to the Senior VP of Strategic Initiatives, overseeing the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of corporate projects in alignment with business strategies. Prior to this role, Kathy held positions at The Rose Group, including Marketing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, and as a Human Resources/Marketing Assistant. Kathy started their career at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton in admissions, excelling in customer service and patient interaction. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Management from The College of New Jersey and an Associate's Degree in General Business from Mercer County Community College.
