Dave Ledoux has a strong background in information technology services with experience in various leadership roles. Dave most recently served as the Chief Information Officer at Innovive Health, where they have successfully managed employees across multiple locations and implemented infrastructure upgrades. Prior to this, Dave worked at Okta, Inc. as a Senior Manager of Global Technical Customer Support, overseeing a global team and utilizing analytics to track and manage support tickets. Dave also held managerial positions at athenahealth and Cengage Learning, where they effectively supervised and optimized technical support operations. Earlier in their career, Dave served as a Cloud Administrator at Health Leads, a Director of Information Technology at City on a Hill Charter Public School, and as the Owner and President of QTS Technologies Consulting, where they provided managed services and specialized in Macintosh support.

Dave Ledoux has a Bachelor's degree in Imaging Science and Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Dave also has a Bachelor's degree in Education from the State University of New York at Oswego. In addition, Dave has obtained two certifications as an Okta Certified Professional from Okta, Inc., one in November 2016 and the other in December 2016. Dave also has a certification in ITIL from ITIL Managers, although the specific date of completion is unknown.
