Job Summary:

As a Sales Operations Lead at Nixplay, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of our sales team. You will be responsible for overseeing sales processes, implementing strategies, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the sales department operates smoothly and achieves its goals.

This position will report to the Head of Marketing & Sales, who reports to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Global Ecommerce Sales Operations (1P & 3P) inc. Amazon 1P & 3P, Walmart.com, Bestbuy.com, eBay.com

  • Lead Sales Ops expansion into new global 3P channels

  • Take over our limited Bricks & Mortar Retail sales Ops with Walmart (150 stores)

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to ensure products are consistently in stock and available for customers.

  • Work with our nascent sales rep firm in Europe

  • Sales Process Optimization: Review and enhance the sales processes, workflows, and methodologies to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and insights to support decision-making.

  • Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with sales leaders to develop accurate sales forecasts, track progress against targets, and make adjustments as needed.

  • Sales Technology: Evaluate, implement, and manage sales technology tools and systems (e.g., sales automation) to streamline operations and support sales teams.

  • Sales Strategy: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and initiatives.

  • Sales Analytics: Build and maintain sales dashboards and analytics to provide real-time insights into sales performance.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of strategies, goals, and processes.

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

  • Manage Sales operations support team in the Philippines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • At least 5 years of work experience.

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a related role.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and profitability goals.

  • Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
