Rebecca E. Gwilt is a Partner at Nixon Gwilt Law since March 2014 and has extensive experience in law and consulting, particularly within the healthcare sector. As an Angel Investor at Vitalize Venture Capital and a Member of Pipeline Angels, Rebecca focuses on funding opportunities for underrepresented founders. Involvement with Portfolia as an Investing Member highlights a commitment to empowering women-led businesses. Rebecca serves as a Mentor/Advisor across multiple organizations, including Plug and Play Tech Center, Lighthouse Labs, Founders Factory, and Startup Virginia, providing compliance and business strategy consulting to early-stage digital health and telemedicine companies. In addition, Rebecca holds the position of Executive Director at the Virginia Cannabis Industry Association.
