Katie Christensen is a dedicated educator currently serving as a 6th Grade Teacher at Nixa Public Schools since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Lifeguard at Missouri State University from January 2019 to December 2021 and a Summer Nanny for a family in 2021, where responsibilities included transporting children and maintaining a clean household. Additionally, Katie held the position of Vice President of Finance for Sigma Kappa Sorority from December 2019 to December 2020, successfully managing the finances for over 150 members and eliminating a debt of more than $20,000. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Missouri State University (2018-2022) and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in the same field, expected to graduate in December 2024.
