Shaun Williams is a Scientist specializing in natural hazards and risks. Their expertise spans from research and consultancy work at NIWA to previously holding roles such as Hazard & Disaster Management Specialist at GEOL and Senior Scientific Officer at the Samoa Meteorology Division. Shaun also holds a PhD in Hazard and Disaster Management from the University of Canterbury and has conducted research as a visiting researcher at the Department of Ocean and Resources Engineering at UH-Manoa.
